TMC Tea Mixology competition was held at the Singapore Tea Festival on July 20. Organizers’ ingredients for Mixology (in addition to tea) were: coconut flakes, pandan, cocao nibs, fresh blueberries, fresh mango, fresh lime, coconut water, lychees, fresh thyme, dried peppermint, rose petals, sparkling water.
The winner was Colar Tan Song Lee (Clipper Teas). Master’s Mix: Nuwara Eliya black tea from (Sri Lanka) + fresh orange juice + Cointreau + orange zest on the rim of the glass. Organizers’ Mix: Silver Needle white tea + lychee + rose petals.
