Tea Masters Cup Korea 2019 was held at Korea International Trade & Exhibition Center during the 7th World Food Expo Korea on the 30th November 2019. TMC Korea 2019 was organized by Korea Tea Board with support of Korea Food Industry Association and Korea Society for Food and Beverage Businesses.
Ms. Chanmi Yu won Tea Masters Cup Korea 2019 in Tea Preparation. Mr. Heejung Kim and Mr. Minjun Kim took second and third places correspondingly. Winner of Tea Pairing was Ms. Eunnuri Jo, Ms. Yeongseo Kim and Ms. Yewon Yoon took second and third places correspondingly. Mr. Min-Jun Kim won Tea Tasting competition, Ms. Yeong-Seo Kim and Ms. Jo Eun Nuri took second and third places correspondingly.
National Judges for TMC Korea were Dr. Seungjin Ma (Director of International Tea Culture & Industrial Research Institute, Korea), Dr. Hyun Jeong Lee (Director of LeeHanYoung Traditional Tea Cultural Center, Korea), Dr. Jong Duk Kim (President of Sodam Tea Etiquette and Cultural Center, Korea), Ms. Sohui Lim (President of Kotgwahamgye Organization, Korea), Michelle Yang (Director of Kaoshiung Tea Masters Society, Taiwan), William Lee (Executive Director of Korea Tea Board, TMC International Judge, USA/Korea).
